Title:                              Sales Administrator

Department:                   Sales / Marketing

Reports to:                     Director of Sales

Exemption Status:           Hourly / Non-Exempt

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator is responsible for working with the Sales department on various projects to improve sales opportunities. The Sales Administrator also services all assigned tel-sell accounts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Utilize dBev and Excel to prepare and send user-friendly reports to the sales team
  • Execute consistent telephone sales calls to assigned accounts in an effort to maintain and grow accounts
  • Create and submit orders in dBEV after consulting with customers regarding current amounts and types of product needed and presenting new product
  • Provide exceptional customer service including follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly sales
  • Maintain Excel templates
  • Assist the Sales department with various projects
  • Attend sales meetings, as required
  • Additional duties and responsibilities to be determined

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One to two years' sales experience preferred
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Attention to detail while working within deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various types of people
  • Desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Display confidence, reliability, persistence and composure
